One of the services that Siren Training provides is wellness workshops, which are designed to help employees improve their mental health and well-being in the workplace.  Siren Training offers the following wellness workshops:

Each workshop lasts for 60 to 90 minutes and can be tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. The prices of the workshops are available on request, and depend on factors such as the number of participants, the location, and the level of customisation.

Nutrition and mental health workshop: This workshop explores the link between nutrition and mental health, and how eating well can support mood, energy, and cognitive function. The workshop also provides tips on how to plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks, and how to avoid common nutritional pitfalls.

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace workshop

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace workshop: This workshop aims to raise awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and how they can benefit both individuals and organisations. The workshop covers topics such as unconscious bias, anti-racism training, and inclusive communication.

Men’s mental health workshop

Men’s mental health workshop: This workshop addresses the specific challenges and issues that men face in relation to their mental health, and how they can overcome them. The workshop covers topics such as masculinity, stigma, and help-seeking behaviour, and provides men with tools and resources to support their mental health and well-being.

Women’s mental health workshop

Women’s mental health workshop: This workshop focuses on the unique aspects and needs of women’s mental health, and how they can be met. The workshop covers topics such as hormones, life stages, and self-care, and provides women with strategies and techniques to enhance their mental health and well-being.

Neurodiversity and mental health workshop

Neurodiversity and mental health workshop: This workshop introduces the concept of neurodiversity, which refers to the natural variation in human brain functioning and behaviour. The workshop covers the strengths and challenges of neurodiverse individuals, such as those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, and how to support them in the workplace.
